Do you have a mobile app?
Yes, we do. The app will be available before the event. An email announcement will go out to all registered attendees when it is available.
Are meals provided?
To help you make the most out of your time at The Exchange, we provide breakfast and lunch on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. We will have a variety of beverages, appetizers and specialty stations during the evening receptions on Thursday and Friday.
Will I save money at The Exchange?
Our vendors realize that Smile Source members are leaders in dentistry, so they bring their latest technology and products to present in the General Session and display in the Exhibit Hall. They also bring their best deals of the year with exclusive, Exchange-only pricing. If you’re planning a major purchase, The Exchange is the time to make it.
How many CE credits can I get at the Exchange?
Smile Source® offers an extensive continuing education program. We are still finalizing the schedule, but dentists and team members will have the opportunity to earn up to 14 credits. NEW this year we will have dedicated learning labs designed specifically for Doctors and Staff.
How do get my CE certificates for the courses I attended?
Upon completion of each course, log in to your account on The Exchange website or The Exchange app to claim your certificate. You will have the option of downloading the certificate to your device or to have it emailed.
What's the dress code?
Come dressed in what is comfortable for you. We follow a business casual dress code. The average high temperature in Asheville will be 75 degrees. Don't forget to hydrate and bring a sweater as meeting rooms can be chilly.
Can I bring a guest?
We welcome registered guests to attend our meeting. However, guests are not eligible for CE credit. If your guest would like to receive CE credit, please have them register as a Team Member.
